Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Full-Time

Certifications: BLS, Kansas PT license required

Experience: Prior physical therapy experience preferred, entry-level candidates considered

Pay & Benefits

Base Pay: $37.86/hour (plus experience-based adjustments)

Additional Compensation: Relocation allowance up to $2,500 (receipts required), sign-on bonus ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 (paid after hire and upon completion of 1-3 years of employment)

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nurse unit physical therapy services
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech
• Adhere to hospital policies, privacy regulations, and safety protocols
• Participate in weekend rotations approximately every 4-5 weekends

What You Need

Required:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Kansas PT license
• BLS certification
• Professional clinical experience preferred but not mandatory

Preferred:

• Experience working in outpatient or acute settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
