Argyle, TX
Earl and Isabella's Taverna is seeking a hospitality-driven Server to join our team. Our Italian-inspired taverna focuses on warm service, thoughtful food and wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
We are looking for someone who is attentive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining a genuine, welcoming approach with every guest.
ResponsibilitiesProvide warm, attentive service to all guests
Guide guests through the menu and make food and beverage recommendations
Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
Process payments accurately through the POS system
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Uphold the service standards of Earl and Isabella's Taverna
1–2 years of restaurant serving experience preferred
Basic wine knowledge required
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and guest-focused approach
TABC certification required
Evening and weekend availability
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to carry trays and lift up to 40 lbs
