Owning the business results for Payroll & HR products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive the product roadmap, focusing on customer outcomes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions for public sector payroll and HR teams. Key responsibilities Oversee all Payroll & HR products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals Conduct discovery to identify critical problems and evaluate potential solutions through prototyping Collaborate with product teams to influence decisions and create feedback loops that validate product outcomes Required qualifications Proven experience in product management, particularly in payroll and HR solutions Strong understanding of the public sector and local government operations Experience with customer discovery and validation techniques Ability to analyze data to inform product decisions and roadmaps Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
