What You’ll Do As a Dishwasher at Hometown Bar-B-Que, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and our guests enjoy their meals in a clean and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include: Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area and assisting with general kitchen cleanliness. Supporting the kitchen team by ensuring they have the tools they need to create our signature barbecue dishes. Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe workspace. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a hardworking and reliable individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
