JOB DESCRIPTION

Acadiana Legal Service Corporation (ALSC) seeks a full-time IT Assistant to support the information technology infrastructure of ALSC.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties may include but are not limited to: Provide technical support to users through phone, remote desktop, and email support. Install andmaintainend-user computer systems. Support end-user hardware and software systems. Train users on hardware and software usage and policies. Troubleshoot network connectivity,printers, hardware,and laptops, email problems, MS Office,and basicactivedirectoryand DNS issues. Collaborate with IT team members, units, and departments to address IT issues. All other assignments as required by the IT Manager.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS

Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work Certification asanIT Technician will be an advantage (e.g.CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) 2 yearsor moreexperience in computer networks and systems maintenance Basic understanding of Active Directory Users, OUs, and Groups #J-18808-Ljbffr Acadiana Legal Services Corporation
