- Extract, transform, and integrate data from operational, claims, and membership systems using SQL and related tools.
- Build and maintain reusable datasets, data models, and documented reporting logic, definitions, and lineage.

- Develop self-service dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) that make performance transparent to stakeholders.
- Partner with leaders to define metrics, targets, and thresholds and to interpret results.

- Support data-governance and quality initiatives across operational reporting.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, health informatics, computer science, business, or a related field.

- Experience with SLA/operational and government/regulatory reporting preferred.
- Strong SQL and data-analysis skills; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
- Ability to translate business questions into robust analyses and clear reporting.
- Strong data-quality, validation, and documentation discipline.
