Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview: The State Farm Insurance Agent located in Beaverton, Oregon seeks an outgoing, career-oriented professional to build and develop customer relationships within the community, promoting State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance. Responsibilities Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Compensation: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour. Qualifications Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Additional Information This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
