This role is on our QA center of excellence team supporting enterprise services.Responsibilities will be to review and analyze system specifications. Collaborate with offshore QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. Execute test cases and analyze results. Evaluate product code according to specifications. Create logs to document testing phases and defects.You will work with our product, design and engineering teams to plan, design, and develop web and mobile applications for Enterprise Systems Technology Team @ OMF. Implement and record QA metrics.Manage and select QA Tools and processesDesired SkillsYou’re driven to build intuitive experiences that start with the customer firstYou embrace change and innovation, always seeking to push the boundaries and expand your knowledge and skill setRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in IT or computer science, with 4-6 years related experience.Expertise in programming languages such as VBScript, PythonExperience with Tools like TestComplete, UFT, Selenium.Experience with platforms like JIRA, ALM, QC.Experience with continuous integration (DevOps) and automation frameworks.Background in test-driven development or Agile methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOne year of management experience and three years Quality Assurance ExperienceThree years contract experience.
