Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Iowa Physical Therapy license or compact privilege (if applicable) required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience providing physical therapy in home health settings preferred.
Comfort with travel between patient homes and ability to manage a mobile caseload.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with documentation software and electronic medical records preferred.
Advanced training or certifications in geriatrics, orthopedic or balance/fall prevention preferred.

Assignment Details
M-F, 8:00a-4:30p (or similar hours; flexible).
No weekend rotation.
Mileage included in the rate.
No housing available.
