???? Position: Full-Time, In-Office Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers and nurses
- Review new-hire applications and ensure required documents are complete
- Maintain organized employee personnel files
- Track employee credentials, licenses, certifications, background screenings, and expiration dates
- Assist with Level 2 background screening and employment verification
- Enter and update employee and client information in agency systems
- Scan, upload, copy, organize, and electronically file documents
- Make and receive professional phone calls with employees, applicants, clients, and healthcare professionals
- Send professional emails and follow up with applicants and employees
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information
- Assist management with other administrative and HR duties as needed
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and PDF documents
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and telephone skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare office
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently Monday through Friday
- Previous HR, healthcare, home health, or medical office experience is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
