New agents receive a two-week onboarding process covering team systems, Zillow onboarding, Zillow training, forms training, and core operating expectations.

Ongoing coaching includes daily training with Bill Pipes, Monday Motivationals, Thursday Haus Training, Real Estate First Fridays, sales systems, script mastery, lead conversion, and leadership development.

The point is not to overwhelm agents with more information. The point is to build stronger producers.
