About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales for Risk and Quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of annual recurring revenue, maintaining existing client business, and supporting product evolution in the risk adjustment and quality business. This pivotal role involves client relationship management, sales strategy execution, revenue growth, pipeline management, RFI/RFP management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, market expansion, and forecasting. The VP of Sales will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute market-specific sales plans, manage key client relationships, and ensure the company's position as a leader in risk adjustment and quality healthcare SaaS/BPaaS solutions. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in risk adjustment, stars, HEDIS, and quality solutions, preferably in healthcare SaaS/BPaaS or enterprise software. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. The role requires a candidate with healthcare subject matter expertise, including technical knowledge of enterprise-class insurance transaction and healthcare management information systems. Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and the ability to work independently with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs are also key qualifications. The position is remote, with a geographic responsibility in the US, and may require travel as needed.
