Restorative Pain Medicine Physicians

Job Description

We are hiring a medical assistant to join our team at Restorative Pain Medicine. We are an outpatient medical office and take a comprehensive approach to treating patients with painful conditions.

Responsibilities:

Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs
Interview patients and obtain past medical histories
Assist the doctors during procedures
Receive patient phone calls and relay messages to the providers
Assist in obtaining prior authorizations from insurance companies for our patient's medications and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a medical assistant is preferred but willing to train a person who wants to learn
Prior experience working with computers
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
