Sustainable Mechanical Designer - HVAC & Plumbing (Hybrid)

Stratus is seeking a Mechanical/Plumbing Designer in Manhattan to focus on HVAC and/or plumbing/fire-protection systems for built environment projects, with emphasis on sustainable design. You will survey existing systems, perform energy calculations, and prepare documentation for Project Manager review. The role requires 2–4 years of mechanical engineering experience on building projects, knowledge of NYC codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stratus®
