Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs during initial consultations and periodically throughout therapy. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation. \n
- Provide ongoing, ethical mental health counseling sessions using evidence-based techniques, helping clients establish new coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and improved communication. \n
- Regularly document and keep track of client progress while minimizing paperwork to allow more time for direct service delivery. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary and stay updated on new methodologies within the mental health field. \n
Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who require mental health support. These clients may be dealing with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Your role will involve fostering a supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts and emotions, ultimately promoting their self-care and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Current licensure in Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- Independent licensure allowing for unsupervised practice. \n
- History of no disciplinary actions against your license. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills complemented by computer proficiency, ensuring seamless communication and documentation. \n
- A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions. \n

- Experience working with adults in a therapeutic setting, particularly in telehealth environments. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and diverse therapeutic modalities. \n
- Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining high standards of care. \n

- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, dependent on hours worked. \n
