High-End Residential Finish Trim Carpentry

Miribek Builders specializes in high-end residential finish carpentry and architectural woodwork. We’re looking for an experienced finish carpenter who enjoys detailed installations, solving field challenges, and working with a small team that takes pride in the finished result. You’ll work alongside our lead carpenter and crew, with the ability to complete assigned work independently when needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install tongue and groove (walls & ceilings)
• Build and install custom wood beams
• Hang interior and exterior doors
• Install baseboard, door casing, crown molding, and applied decorative molding
• Install architectural millwork

Experience & Expectations

• Strong, relevant finish-carpentry experience and demonstrated craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently while meeting company quality standards.
• Dependable attendance, clear communication, and professional conduct.
• Willingness to collaborate, share knowledge, and receive feedback.

We value demonstrated skill, sound judgment, and good work habits, not simply years in the trade.

We do not cut corners on finish quality. We also expect thoughtful planning, steady progress, and follow-through on agreed schedules. Good craftsmanship includes working efficiently, protecting completed work, and communicating early when something could affect the plan.

Schedule & Employment Details

• Full-time, year-round W-2 employment, with a 40-hour workweek. Overtime is not expected.

Pay & Benefits

• $30–$33 per hour , based on relevant experience, craftsmanship, and ability to work independently
• Paid holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
• Two weeks of PTO , subject to company accrual and eligibility policy.
