Here, you'll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.The Product Manager, Global Downstream Marketing, AXIOS is responsible for driving downstream strategy and execution for the AXIOS franchise. This includes sustaining the current portfolio, driving commercial performance, and executing a strategic, targeted launch in partnership with the upstream team. This role is ideal for a marketer with solid downstream experience who is ready to deepen functional expertise, drive cross-functional initiatives, and influence portfolio direction through data-driven insights, customer engagement, and strong execution. The Product Manager will operate independently on defined workstreams, solve a range of problems using functional knowledge, and provide guidance to junior team members as appropriate. The ideal candidate brings a mix of commercial acumen, clinical understanding, and executional excellence to build momentum for the business today and lay the foundation for long-term growth.This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.Your responsibilities will include:Market Development & Downstream StrategyOwn downstream marketing strategy and execution for the AXIOS portfolio, including positioning, targeting, messaging, and regional activation.Develop and implement comprehensive global go-to-market plans, including segmentation, targeting, customer engagement, and adoption strategies.Partner closely with early clinical users, KOLs, and field teams to gather insights, document outcomes, and translate them into compelling marketing and training materials.Manage the portfolio's commercial performance, including tracking key metrics such as revenue, utilization, share, and margin, and developing data-driven recommendations to address business opportunities.Commercial Leadership & Cross-Functional InfluenceLead the commercial execution of a key early-stage product launch, focused on driving initial market development, identifying and converting early adopters, and establishing clinical and procedural proof points.Translate strategic intent into actionable downstream execution plans to accelerate adoption across prioritized accounts.Develop tools, programs, and evidence-based messaging to support the field organization in engaging key customers and driving adoption.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Training, Professional Education, Clinical, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and HEMA to deliver cohesive and efficient market execution.Forecast demand and guide commercialization pacing to align supply, resource allocation, and performance targets.Global Market StrategyMonitor globally for competitive trends, emerging clinical data, and customer sentiment to adapt marketing strategies dynamically.Partner with upstream marketing to inform future portfolio direction and evidence-generation priorities based on early market learnings.Foster strong relationships with clinicians and global Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen advocacy, training pathways, and referral networks.Leadership and Team DevelopmentOperate with strong ownership and follow-through across all assigned initiatives.Provide guidance, coaching, or context to junior marketers or MDM team members when needed.Contribute to best practices within the broader Endoscopy marketing organization, particularly in launch excellence, customer insight, and cross-functional alignment.Required QualificationsBachelor's degreeA minimum of 3 years of professional experienceWillingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including internationallyProven track record of successful commercialization and product launches in medical device industryGlobal downstream experience (i.e. product management, sales engagement and campaign)Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix organizationPreferred QualificationsProgressive product marketing experience in the medical device industryDeep product marketing experienceClinical understanding of endoscopic procedures and customer value driversStrategic thinker with a bias for action and innovationAdvanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in a related field)
