About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 120-day assignment in Arizona, commencing Sep 14, 2026. This role involves working 8-5 shifts, focusing on comprehensive patient care for both pediatric and adult populations. The successful candidate will manage a patient volume of 20-25 per day, handling a range of low acuity cases, including sutures, physicals, wellness checks, and chronic disease management in an outpatient urgent care and family practice setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care to 20-25 pediatric and adult patients daily, managing low acuity cases.
• Complete all patient charts within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Perform procedures such as sutures and conduct physicals and wellness checks.
• Manage chronic conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes.
• Address walk-in patients in an urgent care and outpatient family practice environment.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
• EMR: Meditech EHR
• Must possess an active state license, with a requirement to obtain an Arizona license.
• This assignment requires a minimum commitment of 6 months.
• Anticipate seeing 20-25 patients per day.
