Perfect Smile Doc is hiring an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing orthodontic team.

Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting during orthodontic procedures
Take digital x-rays, photos, and patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
Support daily clinical operations
Deliver an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
Orthodontic experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
