The Quality Technician will be responsible for inspecting production parts, supporting production operations, and ensuring product specifications and customer requirements are met. The ideal Quality Technician has 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and experience working with steel tubing preferred. - Inspect Production Parts & Support Production Operations
- Ensure Product Specifications & Customer Requirements Are Consistently Met
- Utilize Quality Gauges & Measurement Tools To Inspect Parts
- Read & Follow Quality Standards, Procedures & Blueprints/Prints
- Maintain Basic Records Using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Regularly Lift & Move Up To 50 lbs. As Needed
- Maintain a Clean Environment & Proper Working Conditions at All Times
- Must Adhere to All Safety Requirements
- 2+ Years of Quality Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Required
- Steel Tube Manufacturing Experience Preferred
- Proficiency Reading Blueprints / Prints Preferred
- Ability to Read & Follow Quality Standards & Procedures
- Experience With Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Radius Gauges, Protractors, etc.
- Basic Computer Skills Including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to Regularly Lift / Move Up to 50 lbs.
- Have Consistent Punctual Attendance Required
- Must be 18+ Years Old
- Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
- Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen
- Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.
