Shift: Full Time, 3-12's, Nights 6:45pm to 7:15 am, weekend and holiday rotate

How you'll contribute as an employee of TRH Keller you will join a team that embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for the delivery of patient care. You will work with a team committed to ensure patients receive optimal medical attention and support. You will responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Essential Functions

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
• Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Deliver care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient.
• Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
• Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for Passionate for Patient Care Nurse that is dedicated to support and lead the nursing team to provide the best care possible

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in a rehabilitative or acute care setting required.
• License: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications: CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.
