Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with school-age children preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse caseloads
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Offer consultative support to teachers and families
• Adapt and modify therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each child
