The Allure Groupis looking for a Unit Clerk to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY! The Unit Clerk performs a variety of duties related to reception of patients/visitors, communication with the unit and medical staff and other departments. General clerical and medical record responsibility required. Duties Include: Scanning in resident documents Updates room changes in our current electronic medical record program. Creating admission and readmission packets Updating room change information Updating resident discharge information Assisting DON with projects as needed Scheduling Dentist visits Scheduling Podiatrist visits Scheduling Optometrist visits through Sight Rite Answering phones Faxing and accepting faxes from the Labs and all other contacts Picking up and distributing mail from Unit Collecting documents for scanning We offer the Following: Competitive Compensation.
