About the Role:
Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in St. Cloud, MN! Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention
• Actively prospect and develop a personal training client base on the gym floor
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to clients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment
• Meet or exceed personal training sales and session goals

Requirements:

• Current personal training certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED certification required
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain a client base
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
