Silicone Manufacturing Associate – 3rd Shift
Location: Somerset, WI
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am
Position Summary:
SEEK Careers is seeking a Silicone Manufacturing Associate to support production operations in our Somerset, WI facility. This role involves working with silicone molding processes in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support silicone manufacturing equipment, including injection mold machines, sonic welders, presses, and pad printers
- Load and unload machines throughout the production process
- Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Package finished products according to work instructions
- Work around molds reaching temperatures up to 300 degrees; use proper techniques to safely remove medical masks without damage
- Monitor equipment and production flow in warm environments (some machines may feel similar to working near a space heater)
- Follow all gowning, safety, and cleanroom procedures
Qualifications:
- Good hand dexterity and ability to handle small parts safely and precisely
- Comfortable working in warm conditions and around heated equipment
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Physical / Work Environment Requirements:
- Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion
- Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs
- Gowning required from head to toe
