Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license valid in Washington State.

• Ability to manage medical needs, emergency care, and chronic condition support for students.
• Familiarity with record-keeping, care coordination, and individualized health plans (IHPs/IEPs) is an advantage.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and manage student health concerns, injuries, and illnesses during school hours.
• Administer medications and manage care for chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, allergies).
• Maintain accurate health records, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Communicate health updates and provide education to students, staff, and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans and participate in student support meetings.
• Respond promptly to health emergencies with professionalism and care.
• Promote wellness and implement preventive health strategies within the school community.
