Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoMeet with homeowners to understand their selling goals and needs
Conduct listing consultations and recommend pricing strategies
Prepare CMAs and secure signed listing agreements
Negotiate offers and guide sellers through closing
Manage seller leads and follow-ups using our CRM
Follow proven sales and lead-conversion systems
Build referrals and repeat business through exceptional service
Deliver an outstanding seller experience
Active Real Estate License required
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded
Strong time management and follow-through
Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
Sales experience and a proven track record preferred
