Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Product OwnerThe Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. The role involves requirement analysis, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and driving Agile delivery.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements Elicit, analyze, and document business processes, user stories, and workflowsIdentify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processesEnsure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business objectivesProduct Ownership & Agile Delivery Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog based on business prioritiesCreate and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteriaParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremoniesDrive delivery timelines by removing blockers and coordinating across teamsStakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact between business users, PMs, and development teamsGather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across stakeholdersProvide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependenciesSalesforce Functional Expertise Work on Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience CloudSupport configuration, customization, and enhancements aligned with business needsCollaborate with developers on solution design and feasibilityTesting & Validation Define test scenarios and acceptance criteriaSupport UAT and validation to ensure solutions meet business expectationsEnsure end-to-end quality of deliverablesDocumentation & Reporting Create business requirement documents (BRD), functional specs, and process flowsMaintain proper documentation for traceability and audit readiness Provide reports and insights to support decision-makingRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Product OwnerStrong experience in Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud preferred)Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business needs into technical requirementsExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.Preferred SkillsSalesforce Admin certification or relevant Salesforce certification Knowledge of integrations, data models, and reporting in Salesforce Experience in enterprise or healthcare domain (good to have)
