Founding Team The founding team has an extensive background in the supply chain industry, consulting, and building ML platforms. Yurii, CTO: Startup 0-to-1 experience and former Amazon AI leader, where he led high-impact AI initiatives from concept through execution. Aziz, CEO: Aziz is an MIT MBA candidate and a graduate of Johns Hopkins with over 10 years of experience in supply chain logistics and finance. He spent 7 years at BCG, where he led multi-million dollar growth efforts within the supply chain and logistics industry. Afterward, he founded and scaled a logistics company to $10M in ARR within 15 months and successfully exited. What you'll do Lead onboarding for large customers. Run kickoff, gather requirements, map their workflows and systems, and drive the rollout plan to go-live. Be the customer's main contact. Own shared Slack/Teams channels, email, and recurring calls. Most questions should end with you. Translate between customers and engineering. Turn customer requests, bugs, and integration needs into well-scoped tickets with clear context, priority, and acceptance criteria. Track everything on the technical side. Keep an up-to-date view of every account: open issues, integrations in progress, blockers, deadlines, and risks. Nothing gets lost. Protect engineering time. Decide what truly needs an engineer, batch requests, and bring engineers into calls only when it matters. Hands-on problem solving. Configure workflows, investigate issues using logs, data, and APIs, and reproduce bugs before escalating them. Build the playbook. Document onboarding steps, FAQs, and common fixes so each new customer is faster than the last. Share what you learn. Bring patterns from customers back to product and leadership. What we're looking for Required 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role, such as technical program manager, implementation or solutions engineer, technical account manager, or forward deployed role at a B2B software company. Experience working directly with engineering teams: writing tickets, prioritizing, and following work through to release. A real technical foundation. You're comfortable with APIs, integrations, JSON, basic SQL, and reading logs. A background as an engineer is a plus. Proven experience managing customers directly, including running calls, handling escalations, and saying "not yet" without losing trust. Strong organization. You can juggle several accounts and dozens of open threads without dropping anything. Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken Clear, concise written communication. Much of this job happens in async messages. Nice to have Experience in logistics, freight, trucking, or supply chain (TMS, brokerage, carrier, or shipper operations). Experience with AI or automation products. Startup experience, where roles are broad and processes are still being built.
