SAT & SUN availability is a MUST We're a year-round rooftop cocktail lounge in Center City. The view brings people up; the drinks are why they come back. We're hiring an experienced bartender who can hold a specialty program together on a packed Saturday and still make the two-top at the service end feel taken care of.

A seasonal menu of 8-10 spec'd cocktails, full back bar, short wine list, small beer list. Heavy weekend and sunset volume, weeknight regulars, and event buyouts.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the menu to spec at volume — jiggered, consistent, no freelancing on a rush
• Set up, stock, prep, batch, and break down your station; manage pars and inventory
• Open or close, reconcile your drawer, keep the station health-code clean all shift
• Train barbacks, communicate cleanly with servers and the kitchen, and bring us menu ideas

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years craft cocktail bartending in a high-volume room
• Command of the classics, real spirits knowledge, enough wine and beer to guide a table

Small, tight bar team with real input on the menu, promotion from within
