Location: Hot Springs, AR
Position Type: Full-Time (Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:30pm)
Pay: $15-$17

A well-established air conditioning contractor in Hot Springs is seeking a dependable and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a CSR who is:

• Positive and professional, both in person and over the phone
• Strong in customer service and communication
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
• Comfortable using CRM software, multi-line phone systems, and standard office equipment
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Detail-oriented, especially with customer records
• A dependable team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to book services, promotions, tune-ups, SEA visits, ICFs, and more
• Meet or exceed minimum daily call expectations
• Schedule and enter appointments, estimates, and service calls into the CRM system
• Ensure customer billing and contact information is accurate and up to date
• Maintain detailed notes and records of all customer communication within the CRM
• Respond to service inquiries from the website, Google, and answering service
• Monitor and reply to incoming customer text messages
• Provide general office support as needed, including filing, registering equipment, and creating Red Books
