Insurance Customer Service Agent - Property and Casualty

We’re looking for a detail-oriented task master to assist our agents in quoting, servicing
our valued customers and to keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails; provide friendly, professional customer support
First Point of contact directing customers to agents and handling billing inquiries.
Processing income and outgoing mail
Maintain accurate records for customer information
Process payments, track deposits, and assist with basic bookkeeping
Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Communicating with our agents to ensure smooth operations
Resolve customer questions or issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration, customer service multi-tasking is a must
Strong organizational
Dependable, motivated and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets.
Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Self-starter-able to execute duties with minimal supervision.
Basic bookkeeping and problem solving skills is a must
Training will be provided for all expectations and company processes and systems to
ensure a supportive team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees which offers:
Medical, Employer Paid Life Insurance, 401K, Paid Holidays (ten), Paid
Personal Time Off (one week prorated the first year of employment and then two weeks
per year thereafter combined with Paid Sick Time.
Compensation: $20/hour-$25/hour depending upon experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4.30pm. This is an office in person position with no remote
work opportunities.
