Position Summary

The candidate will be responsible for operating the CNC Lathe, running, and checking production.

Daily tasks:

• Run two CNC lathes to produce aerospace fasteners meeting quality and production targets.
• Check bolts using precision measuring tools and gages.
• Record daily production into SPC and shop floor control systems

Position type:

Requires full work time only. 8 hours a shift- Monday to Friday - overtime expected depending on production needs. Regular attendance is an essential job function.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Do first Article Inspection
• Lifting up to 40 lbs. and moving 40 lbs. pans with dollies.
• Standing for extended periods of time, bending, stooping, reaching, and grasping to operate CNC lathes.
