Role: Registered Nurse in the Pre-Op team Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments Verify surgical consents Initiate IV therapy and administer medications Prepare patients physically and emotionally for procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff Maintain accurate EMR documentation and adhere to safety standards Qualifications & Skills Compassionate caregiver with nursing licensure, strong assessment and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and knowledge of perioperative procedures.
