We are looking for a Receptionist to support daily front office operations for a manufacturing site in Oregon. This contract position will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. The person in this role will help create a positive first impression while keeping administrative and office support activities running smoothly during regular working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, employees, and visitors in a friendly and attentive manner while managing the front desk throughout the day.

• Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts promptly.

• Coordinate conference room reservations and support meeting scheduling to help maintain an efficient office calendar.

• Process incoming mail by receiving, organizing, and distributing items to the correct departments or team members.

• Track workplace supply levels and assist with reordering materials to keep the office stocked and functional.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for office operations and assist internal staff with front office needs.

• Help prepare for company events, meetings, and other onsite functions by handling basic coordination tasks.

• Maintain a neat, organized reception area that reflects a welcoming environment for all arrivals.

• At least 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, or front desk environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers, visitors, and employees.

• Experience handling a multi-line phone system and managing inbound calls in a detail-oriented setting.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage scheduling tasks, including coordinating calendars or meeting spaces.

• Comfortable monitoring office supply inventory and supporting general office operations.
