We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physician for a 36-day assignment in Florida, commencing on Sep 1, 2026. This role involves managing patients requiring admission, ensuring seamless care handoff to specialists, and utilizing state-of-the-art imaging. The schedule offers both day and night shifts, specifically 7a-7p and 7p-7a, requiring proficiency in all emergency care procedures, including Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, and Orthopedic stabilization. Responsibilities and Duties Manage patients needing admission to an inpatient bed, facilitating transport to the main campus. Ensure seamless care handoff to intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists. Utilize state-of-the-art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology. Perform all required emergency care procedures, such as Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, and Orthopedic stabilization. Additional Information Board Certification in Emergency Medicine is required.
