In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all phases of complex projects from preconstruction planning and budgeting to on-site execution, subcontractor coordination, and closeout. As a key leader, you'll collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and our employee-owned team to deliver on time, on budget, and with unmatched quality, while navigating the unique demands of occupied campuses, urban environments, and innovative solutions that enhance communities. Responsibilities: Lead full project lifecycle management for commercial construction projects, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless execution Manage project budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout processes while maintaining profitability and quality standards Oversee on-site safety, quality control, and compliance with all regulations and project specifications Foster strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional results Mentor project teams and contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting bid processes Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a preference for K-12 educational projects Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Interested in hearing more?
