About the job Luxury Client Experience Specialist
Position Overview
- Consult with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, style preferences, priorities, budget, and special requests.
- Research upscale resorts, luxury hotels, cruises, private transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and customized vacation options using approved resources.
- Assist with coordinating selected services while keeping confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information organized and accurate.
- Provide personalized support through timely communication, thoughtful follow-up, planning updates, and assistance with routine changes or special requests.
- Maintain detailed client records, monitor important deadlines, verify booking information, and continue expanding your knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
- Fully remote opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time scheduling
