Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA, focused on plumbing construction projects for multifamily, commercial, HVAC, and tenant improvement environments. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while partnering closely with field teams, general contractors, owners, and internal project support staff.

The Project Manager will join a professional, team-oriented construction environment where strong leadership, clear communication, accountability, and collaboration are valued. This opportunity offers the chance to manage complex projects, influence project outcomes, support skilled field teams, and build long-term client relationships in a stable and growing construction market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, and project stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, billing, profitability, and change order management.
- Coordinate schedules, procurement, submittals, RFIs, BIM coordination, documentation, and field support to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Support Project Engineers, Coordinators, foremen, and field teams by ensuring they have accurate information, materials, and resources.
- Monitor jobsite progress, address issues proactively, ensure compliance with safety and code requirements, and lead project closeout activities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Seattle, WA.
- Travel: Primarily local travel to job sites, with no extended travel expected.
