Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and family members to ensure a coordinated care approach.

Provide educational resources to patients and their families, promoting progress beyond clinical settings.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to maintain comprehensive care throughout the patient journey.

Keep detailed documentation according to state regulations and organizational policies in a timely manner.

Engage in continued learning and peer discussions to stay up-to-date with advancements in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in your path to ASHA certification.

A current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices across all age groups, with a deep understanding of acquired and developmental speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with patients, families, and diverse healthcare teams.

Flexibility to modify therapeutic approaches to cater to cultural and linguistic differences in patients.
