RN / LPN Long Term Care- PRN

RN / LPN -PRNClark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a nurse to provide routine care and support to residents in their Long Term Care unit in Sanders County. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on patient care.Key Responsibilities:Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, following approved nursing techniques within scope of practice, and notify providers as needed.Documentation: Accurately document patient care in health records.Patient Education: Develop and participate in the implementation of individualized education plans for residents and their families.Care Plan Management: Create and manage care plans tailored to individual resident needs.Competency & Standards: Demonstrate nursing competencies and adhere to relevant infection control standards.Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.Supervision: Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) as applicable.Team Communication: Communicate clinical information professionally to team members.Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Licensure: Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the Montana State Board of Nursing.Experience: Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred, or equivalent training and experience.Skills: Strong cognitive skills related to nursing care.Why Clark Fork Valley Hospital Clark Fork Valley Hospital is a great place to work, we truly live our mission of Quality Care Close to Home.
