Job Description
This position is for a Certified Nursing Assistant working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The CNA provides direct daily care to residents who require assistance due to chronic illness, rehabilitation needs, or age-related conditions. The role focuses on supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and safety while assisting with routine care and daily activities. The CNA works closely with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure residents receive consistent and compassionate care in a long-term care environment.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the appropriate state. Previous experience in a long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or rehabilitation setting is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of basic patient care, infection control practices, and resident safety procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team are required. Candidates must also be able to document patient care activities accurately and follow facility policies and healthcare regulations.
