Dietary Services Manager - Lead Nutrition & Care Operations

Aventura-Health-Grou is seeking a Dietary Services Manager to oversee daily food service operations in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. You will lead dietary staff, coordinate therapeutic menus, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and support residents’ nutritional needs and preferences.
The role requires managing staff, developing menus with a Registered Dietitian, and ensuring accurate preparation of therapeutic diets while maintaining documentation and staying compliant
