Mainline Technician

Porsche San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Mainline Technician to join the Holman family.

***Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications. Relocation assistance available***

Pay Range: $33-$56 per flat rate hour

Schedule: Technicians are scheduled 8 hour shifts plus a 1 hour lunch, with the option to work additional hours if preferred.

What will you do?

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

What are we looking for?

• Must have prior experience as a Porsche Mainline technician
• Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $23.10 - $32.93 USD per hour.
