Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Catheterization to work at a medical center located in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This role involves providing patient care in the catheterization laboratory, primarily during daytime hours on weekdays. The position requires prior experience in the cath lab setting and involves being on call during nights and weekends.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with weekend and overnight on-call responsibilities.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the cardiac cath lab, BSN degree preferred, ACLS certification required. Epic electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN degree, Epic EMR experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: On-Call coverage includes weekday nights from 5:30 pm to 7:00 am and weekends from 7:00 am to 7:00 am. The role involves direct cath lab patient care duties and adheres to all clinical and operational protocols.
