Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an experienced analyst to lead a long-term study on submarine vulnerabilities during surfaced operations and to develop countermeasures. The role requires coordinating with Navy Staff and IC partners, and to manage data collection, modeling, and testing activities.
