Mancan Staffing is now hiring in partnership with a leading manufacturing facility in Donora, PA for a CNC Lathe Operator!** This is a **temp-to-perm opportunity** offering long-term stability and growth for the right candidate.
In this role, you will operate both **CNC and manual lathes** while maintaining high standards of precision and quality. Candidates must be comfortable working within **tight tolerances (.0005)** and have experience reading **micrometers, blueprints, and inspection reports**. Youll also be responsible for safely operating overhead cranes, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring all machining work meets exact specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining math (including basic geometry and algebra), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with both **metric and standard measurement systems**, including conversions. Prior knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing procedures is required. A **valid drivers license is required** for this position. Candidates must also be able to stand for extended periods and communicate effectively in a fast-paced production environment. **Pay:** $25.00 $30.00/hr. based on experience**Shifts:** 1st (7:00am3:00pm), 2nd (3:00pm11:00pm), 3rd (11:00pm7:00am)
