Details Work in the CT Scan department of a 212-bed acute care hospital Adult acute care, outpatient, and Emergency Department patient population 1:1 patient ratio Perform CT procedures including abdomen/pelvis, chest, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, cardiac (calcium scoring, coronary angiography), vascular CTA, biopsies, drainage, aspirations, and brain perfusion Use GE and Toshiba CT scanners, PACS, and Fuji Synapse imaging systems Epic EMR used for charting Self-scheduling based on seniority with 3x12 hour day and night shifts (start times 0600, 0800, 1500, 1700) Must be open to all shift times with no specific shift request accommodations Weekend requirements may exceed an every-other-weekend rotation based on unit need No on-call requirement No floating between units Requirements Minimum of 1 year of CT experience required BLS, ARRT (CT or R), and CA CRT certification required License required if applicable Community hospital experience required Experience with contrast media preparation and/or administration Knowledge of radiation safety and isolation precautions/PPE Compact state license must be in hand at time of consideration Must provide full SSN and DOB for compliance 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required Must disclose any prior employment history with Providence facilities, including location and dates if applicable Additional Information Perform a wide range of CT imaging procedures across multiple specialties including cardiac, vascular, MSK, and body imaging Free on-site parking available Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate A 50-mile radius rule applies for local candidate consideration Former Providence employees must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration, as post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) First-time travelers are accepted for this role Facility may call off shifts once every two-week pay period American Traveler Job ID P-749586.
