Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist

Shift: Nights

Required:

• Active Pharmacist License
• PharmD or BS Pharmacy
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification (preferred)
• Hospital Experience

The responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders
• Monitoring patient medication therapies
• Providing drug information to healthcare providers
• Identifying medication safety hazards
• Documenting clinical interventions for medical review
• Supervising support personnel
