This hospital operates as a Level II trauma center providing surgical and anesthesia services within an organized operating room program in Huntington, West Virginia. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Huntington, West Virginia, working 8-hour and 10-hour shifts under a medical direction model with a 1:3 or 1:4 staffing ratio. The department is staffed by 4 MDs and 18 CRNAs, operating with high autonomy and a collaborative MD-CRNA working relationship. A two-layer pager call system covers both MDs and CRNAs; no post-call day off is provided, and call-back occurrences are rare. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians considered for this role.
